Which QuickBooks Online plans does SupplyPO work with?
SupplyPO requires QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced. Purchase Orders are not available on Simple Start or Essentials plans — this is a QuickBooks Online platform limitation, not a SupplyPO limitation.
Does SupplyPO change my existing estimates or invoices?
No. SupplyPO only reads your estimates and creates new Purchase Orders. It does not modify, delete, or change any existing records in your QuickBooks account.
How does SupplyPO know which items go to which vendor?
SupplyPO reads the "Preferred Vendor" field on each item in your QuickBooks Products & Services list. If an item already has a Preferred Vendor set in QuickBooks, it will be automatically grouped into the correct Purchase Order. If not, you can assign a vendor directly on the SupplyPO preview screen — no need to leave the app.
What happens to items without a preferred vendor?
Items without a preferred vendor assigned will appear in an "Unassigned" section on the preview screen. You can assign a vendor to each item right inside SupplyPO using a dropdown — your selection is saved back to QuickBooks automatically so you only have to do it once. You can also mark items like shipping fees or service charges as "Excluded" to leave them off all Purchase Orders.
Can I disconnect SupplyPO from my QuickBooks account?
Yes. Go to QuickBooks Online Settings → Account and Settings → Connected Apps and remove the app. This immediately revokes access to your QuickBooks data.
How do I delete my SupplyPO account and data?
Visit our Data Deletion page to submit a deletion request. We will remove all your data within 30 days of receipt.
Is my QuickBooks data secure?
Yes. We connect via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 — we never see your QuickBooks password. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Visit our Security page for full details.
