Data Deletion Request
Your right to delete your data is important to us.
You may request complete deletion of your SupplyPO account and all associated data at any time. This includes your QuickBooks connection record, encrypted OAuth tokens, conversion history, Purchase Order records, and all audit log entries.
Before you request deletion
Deleting your SupplyPO data does not affect your QuickBooks Online account or the Purchase Orders already created inside QuickBooks. Those records remain in QuickBooks and are not affected by this request.
What gets deleted
- ✕Your SupplyPO account record
- ✕Your QuickBooks OAuth connection and encrypted tokens
- ✕Conversion history (records of Purchase Orders created through SupplyPO)
- ✕All Purchase Order records stored in our database
- ✕All audit log entries associated with your account
What is not affected
- ✓Your QuickBooks Online account and all QuickBooks data
- ✓Purchase Orders already created in QuickBooks
- ✓Your QuickBooks estimates, vendors, and items
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@supplypo.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request — SupplyPO” and include:
- Your QuickBooks company name
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent and cannot be undone
Processing time: We will process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and send email confirmation.
Revoke access only? To revoke SupplyPO’s access to QuickBooks without deleting stored data, go to QuickBooks Online → Settings → Connected Apps and remove SupplyPO.
